Refund and Cancellation Policy for Metabrain

Metabrain values its users' trust and strives to deliver high-quality services. Below are our refund and cancellation policies:

1. General Information

• Metabrain operates on a recurring subscription model of $20 USD per month.
• By subscribing, the customer agrees to these policies and the associated terms of service.

2. Cancellations

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account on the Metabrain platform.
• The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will retain access to the service until the subscription period ends.
• No refunds or prorated adjustments will be provided for cancellations made mid-cycle.

3. Refunds

• Duplicate or erroneous charges: If a duplicate or incorrect charge is identified, the full amount of the error will be refunded after case validation.
• Technical issues: If a technical issue attributable to Metabrain prevents access to the service during the billing cycle, the situation will be evaluated, and a partial or full refund for the affected month may be provided.
• No refunds for dissatisfaction: Refunds are not granted for reasons related to user satisfaction, as it is assumed that the customer reviewed the service features before subscribing.

4. Refund Restrictions

• Refunds will not be granted if misuse of the service is detected, such as violations of the terms of use or attempts at fraud.

5. Refund Request Procedure

• To request a refund, users must email help@metabra.in within 15 days of the disputed charge, providing details of the situation and any supporting evidence (if applicable).
• The Metabrain team will review the case within 5 business days and notify the customer of the resolution.
• Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and may take up to 10 business days to reflect on the original payment method.

6. Policy Changes

• Metabrain reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users and published on our website with at least 30 days’ notice.
